Be aware of your emotional reactions to others, they are telling you something.
If you get angry at someone because of something she says, there’s a big chance you think she’s right. Otherwise, you wouldn’t feel offended or hurt.
Ask yourself: Am I offended by this person’s attitude or by the content of her words? Why? What do I believe in myself or my circumstances? Is this insecurity?
These feelings are lessons thought by those who try to hurt you.
