“Work-life balance is a myth” - I’ve heard lots of well known, successful women say.

I’m sorry, but I can’t agree with that. That’s like saying flat abs are a myth. Just because you have a hard time putting candy away and lying on the floor to do a thousand abs a day, doesn’t mean it’s impossible. Doesn’t mean other people aren’t doing it successfully.

It takes discipline, yes. It takes questioning our lifestyle, our habits, and most importantly, our mindset. But most of all, it takes will. The willing to make changes in your life. If you really, really want flat abs, you’ll do what it takes to get them: diet, exercise, maybe even a little surgery.

Same happens with work-life balance. No excuses accepted.
