Balance tip: self care rituals

Self-care doesn't always require long hours sitting in the salon, or spending every morning doing yoga. If you can do that, please do! But if, like most of us, you count your minutes, then some rituals in between meetings or before going to bed on a weekend will work wonders. Set a time and a place, and treat yourself on a regular basis.
