Listen to your body

Ignoring or numbing pain is never the way to go to make it disappear. But that's usually what we do. 

Listen to your body, watch for its signs. Respect it, take care of it. When you feel pain it's speaking to you. Maybe you need to dig deeper to find its causes and make some changes.
