You know your thoughts create your reality. They drive both your emotions and your actions. You understand the power of positive thinking, but then it's sooo hard to be disciplined with your thoughts!

How can you stop this nocive thinking habit? Today I share with you the super simple tool I use to get rid of negative thoughts.

I know it’s easier said than done. Our usual program tells us that our thoughts are a reaction to what happens to us. The law of Cause and Effect. But this approach makes us powerless and there’s no real need to live by it.

Specially because, truth is, it’s the other way around.

The way we think drives the way we act and how we feel, and if you think there’s no way for you to change that, let me prove you wrong.

Changing your thoughts comes down to changing a bad habit. The bad habit of staying away from the present moment, traumatized by the past, and anxious for the future. Always protecting ourselves form unexisting danger.

Learn to observe your thoughts. Abstract yourself from them. You’ll instantly access the power that comes with a clear, creative mind.
