Hi! Welcome to our weekly coaching sessions.
A few things I’d like to let you know first.
Coaching is a tool that empowers you to take action. You explore yourself, your situation and your options to make the best decisions and move forward. I won’t tell you what to do; I’ll just guide you.
We all have struggles and challenges. Many times, things don’t go as we expected. It doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you, but you do have a choice. You can live as a victim, powerless to your circumstances, or you can empower yourself, assume responsibility for your decisions, and act consequently and consistently.
You have the power to make things happen, or choose to complain and do nothing. If you’re here, I hope, is because you chose the first.
Change isn’t easy. We tend to act out of habit, fear, scarcity and other subconscious beliefs. Change requires time, consistency, effort and lots of self-love.
The best way to climb a big hill is step by step. Give one step at a time, and you’ll be there before you know it. This is what this community is all about.
